Any organisation that wishes to create an effective privacy management infrastructure needs to ensure that all employees are aware of their privacy responsibilities and act accordingly. However, creating a lasting change in employee behaviour requires more than posters and mouse mats: it needs a carefully co-ordinated programme of activities to ensure that the privacy message is delivered and reinforced, and that a measurable behaviour change is achieved.

The EPG’s team is skilled in developing cost-effective privacy awareness programmes, and measuring the change in employee behaviour to prove their success. Supporting materials are tailored for each client, and we can deliver training, or ‘train the trainer’, as required.
