There are few academic qualifications in privacy management, and no internationally recognised professional bodies. Identifying, selecting and retaining the right individuals to manage privacy can be a challenging and time-consuming task. We can assist our clients by:

• Reviewing and defining the vacancies to ensure that they match the organisation’s needs

• Identifying possible candidates and selecting a shortlist of individuals who may be suitable for the role
• Conducting initial interviews, and presenting the client with a small number of recommended candidates
• Assisting the successful candidate in their induction and early training, and providing ongoing one-to-one support if required.
