Many organisations have difficulty establishing an effective privacy management infrastructure. A great deal of effort and expertise is required to develop and implement the necessary policies and processes, yet in many cases it is not possible to justify the cost of recruiting staff until those processes are in place. The Enterprise Privacy Group can ease this problem by providing the necessary skills: 

• Interim management: where the privacy management function is newly-formed, or a key privacy officer has left the client organisation, we can provide on-site skills to not only ensure continuity in the role, but where possible to improve and enhance the privacy team.
• Outsourcing: we can take over the day-to-day management of the privacy management function, giving the client a choice of our staff remaining on-site, or working as a ‘virtual privacy officer’ where all privacy support is provided off-site. In either scenario we can, if requested, select, recruit and train suitable permanent staff to take over the privacy function, and provide ongoing support for those staff as required.
