EPG - Subscription Form

The Enterprise Privacy Group’s subscription scheme is based around a single annual payment from each Member organisation. This allows Members to participate fully in EPG activities without having to find additional money for each individual event, and to use their subscription for the events that matter most to their organisations.

Members have access to all EPG events and deliverables, and are free to use publications as they wish under our shared intellectual property arrangement. Moreover, Members are entitled to attend the two-day Annual Members Forum, and the annual fee covers accommodation and entertainment.

The subscription scheme offers three possible tiers of annual subscription:

  • Sponsor: £9,750 + one-off joining fee
  • Commercial Member: £5,950 + one-off joining fee
  • Public Sector Member: £1,995 + one-off joining fee

If you wish to use a credit card to join or renew then you may do so below. Please note that your details will be used solely for the purpose of processing and administering to your membership. The card transaction is handled by Worldpay, and we do not store your card details.

Membership is available to organisations only. Receipt of this registration form by Enterprise Privacy Group Ltd (EPG Ltd) will constitute an application for membership. Full payment must be received for completion of the application. EPG Ltd provides services in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions. All prices are subject to VAT. EPG Ltd is registered for VAT No. 836 959960.

The period of membership is one year from the formal commencement date of membership activities, which will be determined when EPG has a minimum of eight membership applications. You will be notified of this date in advance. In the event of membership activities failing to commence for any reason, your membership subscription will be refunded in full. After this time, all subscriptions are non-refundable. The notice period for termination of membership is 3 months.

EPG Ltd will develop a programme of events based upon a survey of founding members, and reserves the right to modify that programme as required. The number of events will be determined as appropriate for the programme. EPG Ltd reserves the right to cancel events in the event of lack of member interest or the unavailability of a project leader or venue. There is no additional charge for participation in the Enterprise Privacy Group events.
